Shipping
In the interest of meeting your schedule, if 70% of your order is in stock, it will be shipped. Any missing items or substitutions will be marked on your order and your total will be adjusted accordingly. If you would prefer to be contacted about any items not available on your order prior to shipping, please let us know when placing your order. This, however, may delay your order. Due to the nature of our live products, we are unable to backorder them.

Life Oceanic's primary shipper is DHL. Shipping and handling rates are based on the the zip code the order is being shipped to. We charge an additional $1.50 per heating or cooling pack needed for shipment. We may ship through UPS or Fedex depending on shipper's rates and schedules. Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment, so please ensure that you provide a valid email address when you are ordering. At this time we are only shipping to customers who live in the continental United States. Delivery time may vary depending on weather and location.
